The Shield Co. Management, LLC is seeking an Additional Services Technician in Chicago to deliver termite treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest-control services with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with construction tasks and safe use of ladders and power tools.
• Must be 21+ and possess a valid driver's license with 3+ years driving history.
• State-required pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

This role combines hands‑on service delivery with exceptional customer care, ensuring high‑quality results, accurate documentation, and safe, efficient operations.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state‑required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

• Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. This position offers an hourly base pay of $21.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
