About this position:

iWorks is seeking a Junior Personnel Security Adjudicator to support personnel security and vetting operations. The selected candidate will review investigative information, assess security-related data, manage personnel security cases, and support eligibility determination processes.

*This position is contingent upon contract award.

Salary Range: 63k-73k - commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

Required Education/Qualifications:

• * Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph required.
• * Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• * Minimum 3 years of personnel security, adjudications, investigations, or related experience.
• * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• * Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• * Experience supporting government personnel security programs.
• * Experience reviewing investigative or suitability information.
• * Familiarity with personnel security databases and case management systems.
