Salus Homecare is seeking Personal Care Assistants/Caregivers to fill multiple shifts across West Los Angeles and nearby communities, including West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Venice, Culver City, Beverly Hills, and more.

Responsibilities include companionship, timely home visits, personal care tasks, mobility assistance, transportation, and confidentiality. Flexible hours available: part-time 4–6h and full-time 8–12h with pay rates of $20.00–$23.00 and $19.00–$20.00 respectively.

Qualificações

• Provide companionship and basic daily living support.
• Assist with bathing, hygiene, meals, dressing and mobility.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

We are currently looking for Personal Care Assistant/Caregivers looking to fill multiple cases: Mornings,Weekends and Overnights in the following locations in West Los Angeles Santa Monica, Venice,Culver City,Beverly Hills, West/North Hollywood,Westwood,Brentwood,Century City,Pacific Palisades,Bel Air and more surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Serving as a companion to clients
• Arrives to clients home on a timely manner.
• Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, preparations and feeding of meals, dressing and undressing, ambulation and other activities as needed
• Transporting clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc.
• Turning, repositioning and move patients between beds, wheelchairs and seats
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in meeting the needs of the client
• Maintains confidential of all clients information according to HIPPA standards
• Notifies the office of any abnormal findings or conditions
• Represents the company with a positive image at all times

Personal Attendant Qualifications:

• Homecare Aide Certification (HCA) - This is a CA State requirement which involves registering as a Personal Attendant and providing Livescan fingerprints for a FBI Background check - Salus can help you with this process if you are not currently certified.
• TB Test - Must be within 90 days of start
• Must be able to legally work within the USA
• Physical capability to preform all job functions
• Safe driving record and valid auto insurance if you will be driving with clients
