Boston Government Services, LLC (BGS) - Personnel and Labor Relations Specialist

Boston Government Services, LLC (BGS) is seeking a Personnel and Labor Relations Specialist to join our team! This position is contingent upon contract award.

BGS is an engineering, technology, and security firm that helps advance missions of national importance for government programs, national laboratories, security facilities, nuclear operations, and complex projects. Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and administer management policies related to personnel administration and labor relations, including representing management or labor during collective bargaining.
  2. Participate in recruitment, selection, training, welfare, safety, compensation, and promotion activities.
  3. Conduct job analyses to provide occupational information.
  4. Interview and counsel applicants and employees regarding employment suitability and development programs.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  1. BA/BS Degree with 0-4 years of experience, or MS with 0-3 years' experience. Candidates without a degree may be considered on a two-to-one experience-to-education basis.
  2. Successful drug screening.
  3. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. BA/BS in a technical discipline plus 18+ years of experience, or MS plus 15+ years of experience.
