Legal E-Billing Coordinator
New York, NY (Hybrid)

A prestigious law firm in New York has an immediate need for an E-Billing Coordinator. As an E-Biller, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Firm's e-billing processes. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in their New York office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transmit e-bills via client-preferred platforms and monitor invoice statuses.
  • Submit accruals and budgets per client requirements.
  • Maintain billing documentation and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Creating and reviewing monthly billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Generating invoices and sending them to clients
  • Coordinating with attorneys and clients to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
  • Inputting billable hours and expenses into the accounting system
  • Tracking and managing budgets for legal projects

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Aderant Expert or similar legal billing systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel).
  • Strong technical skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
