Pro Athlete, Inc. in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Personalization Tech for our fulfillment center. In this seasonal role, you will operate equipment, perform glove prep and engraving, and ensure orders ship accurately and on time.

This position offers 15 to 40 hours per week with shift hours from 1 PM to 9 PM weekdays, Saturdays 9 AM–5 PM, Sundays 12 PM–8 PM, and a $15 per hour rate with bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Complete glove prep, engraving, grip installation, and related services with quality first.
• Operate laser engravers and glove prep machines safely and accurately.
• Inspect products before/after personalization to ensure standards.
• Identify and correct errors before packing and shipping.
• Meet on-time shipping commitments while maintaining workmanship.
• Organize orders and prioritize work based on deadlines.
