Pro Athlete, Inc. in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Personalization Tech for our fulfillment center. In this seasonal role, you will operate equipment, perform glove prep and engraving, and ensure orders ship accurately and on time.

This position offers 15 to 40 hours per week with shift hours from 1 PM to 9 PM weekdays, Saturdays 9 AM–5 PM, Sundays 12 PM–8 PM, and a $15 per hour rate with bonus potential.

• Meet on-time shipping commitments while maintaining workmanship.
• Organize orders and prioritize work based on deadlines.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

• Complete glove prep, engraving, grip installation, and other add‑on services with a quality first approach.
• Operate laser engravers, glove prep machines, and other personalization equipment safely and accurately.
• Inspect products before and after personalization to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and correct errors before orders move to packing and shipping.
• Meet on‑time shipping commitment while maintaining consistent workmanship.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain equipment and workstations.
• Organize incoming orders and prioritize work based on shipping deadlines.
• Communicate equipment issues, product defects, and order concerns to the supervisor.
• Support team goals by assisting coworkers and helping maintain an efficient workflow.
• You must have a detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for quality and craftsmanship.
• Other duties as reasonably assigned.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a seasonal position with the potential to be retained on a permanent basis. This position is expected to work 15 to 40 hours per week in our fulfillment center in Kansas City, MO.

Hours Needed:

• Monday through Friday: 1 PM to 9 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM to 5 PM
• Sunday: 12 PM to 8 PM

$15.00 per hour with bonus potential and a monthly flex perk allotment
