Job summary

Pro Athlete is hiring a Personalization Tech in Kansas City, MO, for a seasonal role with potential to become permanent. Work 15–40 hours per week in our fulfillment center, with shifts from 1 PM to 9 PM on weekdays and varied weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate personalization equipment safely and accurately
• glove prep, engraving, grip installation and related services
• Inspect products before/after personalization for quality
• Identify and correct errors before packing and shipping
• Meet on-time shipping commitments while maintaining workmanship
• Manage equipment and workstation cleanliness and organization
• Prioritize work based on shipping deadlines
• Communicate issues to supervisor and support team goals
• Maintain an efficient workflow with coworkers

In this hands‑on role, you will operate equipment, maintain a high standard of quality, and ensure every customer order ships accurately and on time for their next big play on the field or court!

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

• Complete glove prep, engraving, grip installation, and other add‑on services with a quality first approach.
• Operate laser engravers, glove prep machines, and other personalization equipment safely and accurately.
• Inspect products before and after personalization to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and correct errors before orders move to packing and shipping.
• Meet on‑time shipping commitment while maintaining consistent workmanship.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain equipment and workstations.
• Organize incoming orders and prioritize work based on shipping deadlines.
• Communicate equipment issues, product defects, and order concerns to the supervisor.
• Support team goals by assisting coworkers and helping maintain an efficient workflow.
• You must have a detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for quality and craftsmanship.
• Other duties as reasonably assigned.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a seasonal position with the potential to be retained on a permanent basis. This position is expected to work 15 to 40 hours per week in our fulfillment center in Kansas City, MO.

Hours Needed:

• Monday through Friday: 1 PM to 9 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM to 5 PM
• Sunday: 12 PM to 8 PM

$15.00 per hour with bonus potential and a monthly flex perk allotment
