Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Olive Branch Distribution Center is seeking a Distribution Center Lead - Personalization Operations to supervise and develop a team across personalization production, ensuring daily productivity, quality, and on-time order fulfillment.

You will direct workflow, train associates, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues while maintaining safety and standards in an onsite environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Able to train and communicate processes in English and Spanish.
• Working knowledge of Excel, PKMS, RF Scanner, and AS400.
• Able to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Willing to work overtime and flexible schedules.
• Onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong floor presence directing and supporting Personalization areas.
• Control workflow and prioritize work to meet production and customer service deadlines.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and process adherence; communicate concerns to Operations Manager.
• Ensure compliance with production, quality, tracking, and damage/exception processes.
• Identify and resolve workflow barriers, aging orders, and exceptions to maintain production.
• Train and develop associates on processes, equipment, and safety.
• Collaborate with Techniques, QA, Packing, Picking, Inventory Control, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and meet quality standards.
