Human Resources Generalist to partner with operations, support employee relations, policy interpretation, engagement, and compliance in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role requires a highly visible floor presence, investigating and resolving HR issues, onboarding, performance management, recognition programs, and cross-site collaboration with the Arizona Distribution Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, retail, or fast-paced environments.
• Strong employee relations experience with investigations and discretion.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Ability to partner with leaders and associates at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance and support on employee relations in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Maintain a visible floor presence through walkthroughs and open-door engagement to identify concerns and drive engagement.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and HR compliance matters timely and fairly.
• Support onboarding, performance management, engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and surveys.
