Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Strong interest in personalization, customer experience, CRM, marketing analytics, or marketing technology.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and interpret data.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate complex information into documentation.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Desire to learn quickly and collaborate with leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development of customer journeys across key stages of the lifecycle.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into journey maps and personalization opportunities.
• Help maintain a centralized repository of personalization use cases and results.
• Assist in capturing journey performance metrics, testing results, and optimization recommendations.
• Connect customer data with content metadata to inform personalization capabilities.
• Contribute to evaluation of personalization initiatives improving engagement and retention.
• Conduct competitive research related to personalization and marketing tech.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and presentation of findings.
