Ulta Beauty, Inc. offers a 10-week Digital / eCommerce Transportation internship for rising juniors and seniors.

You will contribute to cross-functional projects in Supply Chain, Digital Commerce, Analytics, and Guest Experience, with a capstone presentation to leadership. The program is hybrid for Corporate interns and in-person for Distribution Center and Field interns, providing hands-on experience in transportation strategy, data analytics, dashboards, and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with data visualization or analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or similar.
• Interest in supply chain, transportation, logistics, eCommerce, or AI-enabled business solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Transportation, Supply Chain, Digital Commerce, Technology, Analytics, and Guest Experience teams.
• Analyze transportation, carrier, fulfillment, and guest data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support projects to improve eCommerce delivery speed, carrier performance, and network optimization.
• Assess opportunities to reduce dwell time and address bottlenecks in digital fulfillment.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to improve visibility into transportation costs and guest outcomes.
• Assist with analytics and AI models used to evaluate transportation scenarios and service outcomes.
• Support transportation innovation initiatives and next-generation delivery strategies.
• Deliver a capstone project and executive presentation with findings and impact.
