Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Merchandising (Retail or Fashion) or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Attention to detail, effective planning and prioritizing skills, exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-pace environment and interact with various levels of leadership.
• Collaboration: strong partnership with internal partners, understands that success is done by a team of people.

Responsibilities

• Brand Management: Support lead merchant on all things pertaining to merchant/brand partner relationship.
• Sales Reporting: Assist lead merchant with weekly reporting needs and analyze category data.
• In-Store Merchandising: Collaborate on in-store presentation plans and space allocation.
• Digital Support: Identify opportunities to expand online assortments and increase online sales penetration.
