Personal Training Sales Manager (Head Coach)

Join us at Retro Fitness as a Personal Training Sales Manager (Head Coach).

Location: West Orange, NJ

Position: Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Training Sales Manager to enhance our Retro Fitness franchise by conducting training programs that boost club performance in line with our brand and core values. Our personal training department, Retro Results – powered by the New Exercise Order, focuses on generating positive energy and overcoming obstacles for our clients. You will be immersed in our Retro Operations culture to understand and embody Retro’s strengths. We pride ourselves on being a results-driven facility with diverse membership options tailored to individual fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals set by upper management.
  • Scheduling staff hours within budget.
  • Scheduling Retro Results Training Services.
  • Maintaining the credibility of Retro Results Fitness services and the entire outlet.
  • Leading Retro Results Coaches by example.
Work Environment:

Primarily within the Retro Fitness outlet, with potential outside marketing events.

Supervision:

Supervised by the General Manager, managing Personal Trainers (Coaches).

Qualifications:
  • Strong desire to help others achieve their fitness goals.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions for groups of various sizes.
  • Availability to work shifts as determined by management.
  • Knowledge of physical fitness principles and proper exercise techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Certifications: NASM, ACE, NSCA, or ACSM personal training certification.
  • CPR/AED certification.

Additional duties may be assigned or modified by the General Manager or Owners.
