If you are located in Bronx, NY, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the national sales model to generate leads and enroll beneficiaries into the UnitedHealthcare Nursing Home plan.
  • Develop and manage account-specific strategies to educate and engage facility personnel, resulting in interested residents and/or families (responsible parties).
  • Use traditional sales strategies to identify needs and highlight the features and benefits of the plan.
  • Achieve enrollment targets for the territory.
  • Document all activities to ensure compliance with Medicare Marketing Guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Appropriate state health insurance licensure within 90 days of hire or the ability to obtain it.
  • Ability to maintain licensure and product certification according to policies.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Sales experience in a B2C or B2B setting or experience working in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation for fieldwork.
  • Account management skills, including planning, documentation, and measurement.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
  • Willingness or ability to travel up to 90% within the local territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B2B and B2C sales experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems or technical skills.

The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $115,000 annually, based on full-time employment, with potential bonuses based on sales performance. Compensation depends on factors like location, education, experience, and certifications. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions. All benefits are subject to eligibility.
