Your responsibilities will include:

• Revenue growth and management

• Enforcing club rules, policies, and procedures
• Maintaining staffing through application review and hiring
• Managing personal training schedules
• Monitoring employee retention and satisfaction metrics
• Training staff to generate leads and new business
• Managing employee performance through coaching
• Conducting weekly meetings with direct reports

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
