Candidate Profile

Responsibilities

• Focus on revenue growth
• Manage a high-performing personal training team that inspires change
• Ensure department goals are met within budgets
• Enforce club rules, policies, and procedures
• Maintain staffing levels through application review and hiring
• Manage personal training schedules across shifts
• Develop and monitor employee retention and satisfaction metrics
• Train staff to generate leads and new business
• Coach employees and foster a positive work environment
• Conduct weekly meetings with direct reports

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maintain a professional demeanor, clear communication, and a clean appearance in uniform.
