Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC is looking for an Assistant Personal Training Manager at the Carrollwood Club to lead a team of Personal Trainers, drive sales, and boost member engagement while maximizing revenue.

You will coach staff, ensure top-tier service, and implement sales initiatives in a fast-paced gym environment with growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.) is required or preferred.
• Sales and leadership experience in fitness or performance-driven environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to lead a team and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training sales through consultations and promotions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers.
• Set and achieve monthly sales and performance goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and clients.
• Implement company-wide fitness and sales initiatives.
• Maintain high energy, professionalism, and a competitive mindset.
• Oversee daily operations related to personal training and policy compliance.
