Crunch Fitness in Frisco is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager to drive personal training sales, lead a team of trainers, and maximize member engagement. You will mentor staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and execute sales initiatives while guiding performance and revenue growth.

The role offers leadership development, ongoing mentorship, and aggressive earning potential with total compensation of $70,000 to $100,000+ including base, commission, and bonus.

Qualifications

• CPR Certification required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.).
• Sales and leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training sales through consultations, promotions, and client retention strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers.
• Set and achieve monthly sales and performance goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and clients.
