The role offers leadership development, ongoing mentorship, and aggressive earning potential with total compensation of $70,000 to $100,000+ including base, commission, and bonus.

Qualifications

• CPR Certification required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.).
• Sales and leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.

Position Overview:

As an Assistant Personal Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving personal training sales, team performance, and client retention.
