The role emphasizes sales leadership, scalable PT programs, and a strong service mindset, with career growth through a fast‑growing Crunch franchise footprint across Texas and beyond.

Qualifications

• Sales-driven with a track record of achieving revenue goals.
• Proven leadership in coaching, motivating and developing teams in a fitness setting.
• Ability to grow personal training sales through marketing, outreach and client engagement.
• Passion for fitness and delivering high‑quality service to members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training revenue through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of personal trainers, ensuring high performance and career growth.
• Oversee personal training programs to deliver a worldClass fitness experience for every client.
• Track and analyze PT sales, client retention, and trainer performance to exceed goals.
• Foster relationships with members and promote personal training services to build a strong fitness community.
• Ensure scheduling efficiency, compliance with policies, and a safe training environment.
