Crunch Fitness is seeking a Personal Training Sales Consultant to drive sales and efficiently pair members with trainers at the Undefeated Tribe network in Texas. You will convert leads, set and surpass targets, and deliver exceptional client experiences with support from dotFIT programs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably fitness-related.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive, motivating attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Certification within 120 days from approved programs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with current or new members daily and convert leads to clients.
• Assign a personal trainer to clients and guide goal attainment.
• Assist with booking sessions and updating billing information.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote trainer expertise.
