Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in El Paso is looking for a Personal Training Sales Consultant to drive our fitness programs. The role combines a passion for fitness with exceptional sales skills to engage with members, assign personal trainers, and surpass sales targets.

Ideal candidates are bilingual, have a strong sales background, and are motivated to work in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment. Comprehensive training and certifications are required within 100 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Certification in one or more fitness qualifications must be acquired within the first 100 days.

Responsibilities

• Engage with current or new members daily.
• Assist clients with tasks such as booking sessions and updating billing information.
• Foster a collaborative environment toward club goals.

Skills

Sales experience in fitness industry
