Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Texas seeks a Personal Training Sales Consultant to drive program adoption and assign trainers to clients. You will convert leads, set up PTs for clients, and push toward ambitious sales targets while maintaining a motivating environment.

The role blends fitness passion with sales expertise, offering opportunities to advance as the franchise expands rapidly across the region and nationwide.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team member experience with a positive and motivating approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Ability to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust.
• Certification required within 120 days from nationally accredited programs (e.g., ACSM, ACE, NASM, CSCS, NFPT, NSCA, ISSA, NESTA, IFPA, NFPT).

Responsibilities

• Sales Leader: Engage with current or new members daily.
• Lead the CrunchONE Kickoff experience in the member journey.
• Set up with a personal trainer aligned to goals and programs.
• Customer Service Concierge: address questions and assist with bookings and billing.
• Team Builder: foster collaboration and promote trainer as a subject-matter expert.
