Job summary

EōS Fitness in the United States is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Fitness Manager to lead our Personal Training sales efforts. You will conduct welcome workouts, guide new members, and promote personal training packages while reporting to the Fitness Manager and collaborating with the membership and PT teams.

The role emphasizes sales leadership, customer service excellence, and maintaining a supportive gym environment to maximize member satisfaction and training enrollment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid Personal Training certification.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily targets are met by leading the team and driving sales initiatives.
• Promote personal training packages and build rapport with members.
• Achieve sales targets for PT services and small group training.
• Collaborate with membership sales to onboard new members and drive initiatives.
• Conduct personalized welcome workouts for new members and evaluate needs.
• Guide new members through initial club experience for retention and PT sales.
• Provide coaching and support to personal trainers.
• Communicate goals and procedures clearly to staff.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety compliance.
