Job summary

Club4Fitness in Prattville, AL is seeking a PT Manager to recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor personal trainers. You will ensure the PT program meets performance expectations and drives monthly production. You will disseminate policy changes clearly while representing the organization positively.

The role reports to the Personal Training Director and focuses on coaching, onboarding, and achieving sales and retention goals across gym locations. Hours include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; 2- or 4-yr degree in an exercise science or related field is preferred.
• Previous personal training sales experience, a plus
• Must hold a current fitness certification from an approved education company such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA, AFFA, NFPT (NCCA Certified)
• Must be CPR/AED certified

Responsibilities

• Provides onboarding activities schedule for new personal training staff (first 30 days) and coordinates coaching as needed
• Schedules trainings to develop knowledge of Peak or ABC Financial POS system
• Coaches trainers on running effective consultations for prospective clients
• Drives appointment setting efficiency for consultations and prospecting
• Leads trainers by example, ensuring policy and procedure understanding
• Performs client sales support and monthly KPI tracking
• Coordinates with PT Director on sales strategies and staff development
• Supports with new CLUB openings and visits
