Job summary

Club4Fitness in Mobile, AL seeks an Assistant Personal Training Manager to support the Personal Training Manager by onboarding new staff and mentoring trainers. You will assist with consultations, scheduling, and policy enforcement while covering PTM duties when needed.

You will coach across fitness levels, understand Trainerize, and help grow client engagement. Expect early mornings, evenings, and some weekends as part of revenue-building PT packages.

Qualifications

• Must hold current fitness certification (ACSM/ACE/NASM/NCSA/AFFA/NFPT).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new PT staff during first 30 days.
• Help trainers develop knowledge of Peak/ABC system.
• Coach on client consultations.
• Assist PTM with appointment setting and prospecting.
• Reinforce PT/policy understanding and cancellation/freeze procedures.
• Conduct session quality reviews of staff.
• Teach new trainers Trainerize.
• Support PTM with social media responsibilities.
• Fill new trainer schedules with clients and assist in business planning and reporting.
• Maintain a regular trainer schedule and drive revenue through PT packages.
• Act as fitness leader in the community.
