Job summary

Club4Fitness is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager in Homewood, AL. The role supports the Personal Training Manager by mentoring new trainers, overseeing onboarding, and ensuring high-quality client consultations.

You will cover for the PTM when unavailable, coach staff on sales and safety policies, and help drive revenue through training packages while maintaining schedule and member engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Certified Personal Trainer
• Knowledge of physiology and exercise technique to guide clients
• Ability to pass a Strength and Conditioning Assessment
• Detail- and results-oriented with professionalism and organization
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Capacity to train all fitness levels and adapt sessions

Responsibilities

• Mentor new personal trainers and onboard staff during the first 30 days
• Coach trainers on effective client consultations and training delivery
• Support scheduling and prospecting activities within the department
• Ensure adherence to PT policies and safety procedures
• Perform session quality reviews and assist in monthly business planning
• Fill trainer schedules with clients and assist in revenue-driving efforts
