The role requires leadership, a 30-day onboarding plan, knowledge of POS systems, coaching on consultations, and driving sales, retention, and staff development under the PT Director.

Qualifikationen

• Certified personal trainer with private client experience.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, exercise technique and body mechanics.
• Ability to pass a Strength and Conditioning Assessment.
• Professional, detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, motivating and engaging.
• Demonstrates social media presence and outreach.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Aufgaben

• Onboard new trainers with a 30-day plan and mentorship.
• Schedule trainings to build knowledge of POS systems.
• Coach trainers on client consultations and prospecting.
• Lead by example in policy adherence and client service.
• Conduct regular session quality reviews and reassign clients as needed.
• Support sales strategies and new member engagement under the PT Director.
• Perform monthly consults and monitor KPI progress.
• Coordinate with PT Director on staffing for new clubs/opens.
