Crunch Fitness is seeking a results-driven Personal Training Manager for the Hallandale club to lead revenue growth, coach a team of trainers, and deliver exceptional fitness experiences. You will drive personal training sales, mentor staff, and ensure members receive top-tier service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training revenue through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Coach and mentor trainers to achieve high performance and growth.
• Oversee PT programs to deliver a world-class fitness experience.
• Track PT sales, client retention, and trainer performance to exceed goals.
• Build relationships with members and promote PT services.
