Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a busy club, coach and develop a PT team, and drive revenue through elite client service.

You will recruit, hire, train, and motivate 3–10 trainers, design programs, read reports, and partner with departments to deliver the Crunch brand promise: No Judgments. Just Results. This role offers growth and a dynamic, high-energy workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be able to recruit, hire, train and lead a team of trainers.
• Strong consultative sales skills to turn leads into clients.
• Excellent communication with staff, members and guests.
• CPR certified with baseline fitness knowledge and program design ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program design to ensure high-quality client results.
• Recruit, hire, train and level-up a squad of Personal Trainers.
• Drive PT revenue and manage club operations to meet targets.
• Read reports, analyze metrics, and course-correct strategy where needed.
