Crunch Fitness in Garden Grove is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead the PT department, hire and train a team of trainers, and design programs that deliver measurable results. You will oversee operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional client experiences while aligning with the Crunch brand promise.

The role requires 1–2 years as a trainer, leadership experience, and relevant certifications. Compensation reflects a $70,000–$80,000 annual package with benefits and growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• 1–2 years as a Personal Trainer.
• Management experience leading teams of 3–10.
• Nationally accredited PT certification or a B.S. in Exercise Science/Kinesiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and level-up your squad of Personal Trainers.
• Oversee program design so every client gets the glow-up they came for.
• Drive PT revenue and turn leads into clients and raving fans.
