• Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Personal Training department for a designated Genesis location.
• Recruit, hire, schedule and train new personal trainers.
• Ensure profitability of the personal training program by overseeing member engagement and department goals.
• Monitor and report on weekly/monthly performance, and maintain club operations.
