Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs in Kansas is seeking a Personal Training Manager to oversee the PT department at a designated location. You will recruit, hire, schedule and train staff while ensuring profitability and high member satisfaction.

Responsibilities include tracking member consultations, maintaining equipment, meeting with the Club Manager, and delivering regular profitability reports. Weekend/evening availability and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a national recognized personal training certification and CPR certification.
• Experience leading and developing a personal training team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze profitability and membership trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the personal training department.
• Recruit, hire, schedule and train staff.
• Ensure program profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Track new member consultations and training sessions.
• Meet with Club Manager to align operations.
• Complete weekly and monthly profitability/goal reports.
• Maintain documentation and equipment maintenance.
• Respond effectively to emergencies.
• Comply with staff policies.
