Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs.
• Experience managing and leading a team of 3-10 employees.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants.
• Hire, train, and manage performance of the team.
• Meet new client acquisition and retention targets for the club.
• Coach direct reports on engaging, prescribing, acquiring, and retaining clients.
• Administer CrunchOne Kickoff and oversee client programming and progress tracking.
• Maintain accurate reporting and data for department performance.
