CR Fitness is hiring Personal Training Managers in Training to be part of one of the most dynamic growth stories in the fitness industry. This role offers mentorship, hands-on leadership, and the tools needed to become a top-performing PT Manager at one of our rapidly expanding clubs.

You’ll receive training and guidance to develop leadership and fitness-management skills while advancing your career within Crunch Fitness. The role includes a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NCSF, NSCA, IFPA, ETC)
• CPR certification (required)
• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Desire to lead and grow within a team
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Outgoing, professional, and coachable
• Sales or fitness leadership experience preferred
• Availability to work a 4-hour weekend day shift
