Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings in North Richland Hills is seeking a Personal Training Manager in Training to lead, develop, and grow our PT program within a high-energy Crunch club environment.

You’ll receive training and mentorship to become a top-performing PT Manager, with a focus on leadership, sales, and member engagement across a nationally expanding organization.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NCSF, NSCA, IFPA, etc.)
• CPR certification (required)
• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Desire to lead and grow within a team
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Outgoing, professional, and coachable
• Sales or fitness leadership experience preferred
• Availability to work a 4-hour weekend day shift

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and grow the PT program within the club.
• Mentor and train PT staff and trainees.
• Collaborate with club leadership to drive program growth and member engagement.
