Job summary

Crunch Fitness is hiring Personal Training Managers in Training for the Garland club, part of CR Fitness’s rapid growth. This role is designed for high-potential individuals to lead, develop, and grow, with the training, mentorship, and tools needed to become a top-performing PT Manager in expanding clubs.

You'll join a high-energy, no-judgments culture with opportunities to advance, competitive compensation, benefits, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NCSF, NSCA, IFPA, etc.)
• CPR certification required
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Desire to lead and grow within a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Outgoing, professional, and coachable
• Sales or fitness leadership experience preferred
• Availability to work a 4-hour weekend day shift
