A leading fitness franchise is looking for a Personal Training Manager in Training to guide and develop teams in an energetic environment. You'll receive complete mentorship to grow into a top-performing manager, all while enjoying financial benefits between $70,000 to $100,000 annually. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, an accredited personal training certification, and CPR certification. Competenze

• Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NCSF, NSCA, IFPA, etc.) required.
• CPR certification is mandatory.

What We’re Looking For

• Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NCSF, NSCA, IFPA, ETC)
• CPR certification (required)
• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Desire to lead and grow within a team
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Outgoing, professional, and coachable
• Sales or fitness leadership experience preferred
• Availability to work a 4-hour weekend day shift
