Job summary

TriSearch is seeking a Personal Training Lead to drive the personal training business and exceed financial targets at the club. You will lead a high-performing team, develop engagement, and collaborate with staff to attract new clients and meet monthly sales goals.

The role requires a degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology or an NCCA PT certification, plus 3+ years of leadership in fitness. Base pay is $18–$24/hr with bonus opportunities and a total annual compensation range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology or an NCCA-accredited PT certification.
• 3+ years of experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Establish a culture of accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and performance.
• Attract, hire, coach, and maximize engagement of personal trainers.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
• Develop a flexible and capable team that adapts programs to client goals.
• Interact with members, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure clients receive strong value from personal training services.
• Maintain high training space standards and safety.
• Provide tools, resources, and development opportunities to support team growth.
