Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs in Denver seeks a Personal Training Manager to oversee all aspects of the PT department at a designated location, including recruiting, hiring, scheduling and training trainers, and to ensure profitability by driving member engagement and service quality.

You will lead staff, track member consultations and sessions, collaborate with the Club Manager on operations, and strive for outstanding customer satisfaction while complying with all company policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a national recognized personal training certification (CPT) and CPR certification.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff and drive department goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PT staff training and education.
• Maintain flexible scheduling to meet member needs.
• Track new member fitness consultations and sessions for reporting.
• Meet with Club Manager to ensure club operations.
• Prepare profitability and goal reports weekly and monthly.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time.
• Inspect trainers for proper follow-up with new members.
• Maintain equipment and update tracking system for repairs.
• Respond promptly to emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with Genesis Health Club Staff Policy Handbook.
