Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a dedicated Personal Training Department Manager to oversee all aspects of the personal training program at a designated location. You will recruit, hire, schedule and train new personal trainers while driving profitability and member satisfaction.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining flexible scheduling, tracking member consultations and sessions, reporting profitability, and ensuring timely documentation and safety, with weekend/evening/holiday

Qualifications

• Must hold a national recognized personal training certification.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Personal Training department for a designated Genesis location.
• Recruit, hire, schedule and train new personal trainers.
• Track and review new member fitness consultations and personal training sessions for reporting.
• Meet regularly with Club Manager to maintain club operations and requirements.
• Complete profitability/goal reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation (daily reports, checklists, etc.).
• Maintain equipment and update tracking systems for repairs.
