Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology or equivalent.
- NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification preferred.
- 3+ years of leadership and team development experience.
- CPR/AED certification required.
- Strong communication and customer service background.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the personal training department and team.
- Drive client acquisition and trainer retention with performance targets.
- Ensure safe, effective, results-driven training sessions.
- Mentor and coach trainers while maintaining an inclusive gym culture.
