Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology or NCCA PT certification required.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• Strong communication skills and background in customer or member services.
• Optimistic, self-motivated, and adaptable mindset.
• Passion for fitness, gym culture, and helping people live healthier lives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
