Job summary

Club4Fitness is seeking a PT Manager in Lubbock, TX to recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor personal trainers, ensuring the program hits monthly production targets. You will disseminate policy updates, coach staff on client consultations, and lead by example in training and policy adherence.

Hours include early mornings, evenings, and weekends with potential travel to new clubs. Strong sales acumen and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with experience training private clients.
• Knowledge of physiology and training, including pregnancy, illness, injury, and modification.
• Able to pass a Strength & Conditioning Assessment for PT roles.
• Detail- and results-orientated with strong professionalism.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to train all fitness levels and engage across social media.
• CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and mentor new personal trainers, and coordinate with Assistant PT Manager as needed.
• Schedule trainings to develop knowledge of Peak or ABC Financial POS.
• Coach trainers on conducting effective client consultations and shadow performances.
• Lead recruitment and ongoing mentorship, and ensure policy adherence.
• Review session quality and assign clients to trainers for optimum coverage.
• Support Personal Training Director in sales strategies and client engagement.
• Conduct monthly consults and monitor KPIs to drive sales growth.
• Promote client retention through training and education across staff.
• Train staff on monthly business plans and reporting; assist with openings when needed.
• Coordinate with PT Director for location-specific game plans.
