Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification is required.
• High School, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience with sales and selling is required.
• Prior experience coaching and developing staff; CPR certification preferred.

• Guide members through fitness consultations and connect them with coaching support.

Supervisory Responsibility

The position provides direct support to the Department Manager and assist with the daily responsibilities as they relate to the sales performance of department. Although the Coordinator does not have any direct reports, this individual is responsible for providing ongoing training & development to coaches, maintaining company standards and completing other managerial tasks in the absence of the Manager.

Salary

Salary + Incentive Pay $50,000 - $90,000 annually
