Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe, and motivating training tailored to individual needs, including adaptations as necessary.
• Conduct orientations to attract new clients for Personal Training.
• Enhance member retention by delivering personalized experiences and fostering positive relationships within the community.
• Help develop small communities by connecting members with each other.
• Ensure the safety of all members and guests.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the fitness area.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Fitness Director.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Trainer certification and at least one year of experience in personal training sales.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of fitness program development, conditioning principles, and exercise physiology.
• Flexible scheduling and ability to maintain the schedule.
• Proficiency in computer use.
• Ability to follow directions, work independently, and as part of a team.
