Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Science, Physiology, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Nationally recognized CPT certification (NSCA/NASM/ACE/ACSM).
• Ability to travel between Performance locations and train clients safely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough fitness assessments.
• Design individualized programs for clients.
• Tailor programs to fitness levels and health conditions.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Complete client progress notes within 24 hours of sessions.
• Explain safe and proper use of gym equipment.
• Lead individual or group training sessions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and team.
