Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Exercise Science, Physiology or Kinesiology.
• Nationally recognized Certified Personal Trainer certification (NSCA / NASM / ACE / ACSM).
• Ability to travel between Performance locations.
• Experience safely and effectively training clients.
• Ability to customize one-on-one training programs.
• Strong communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough fitness assessments.
• Design individualized programs.
• Tailor programs to clients’ fitness levels and health conditions.
• Monitor progress of clients’ fitness levels.
• Lead individual/group training sessions.
• Explain safe and proper use of gym equipment.
