Life Time, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to support members in achieving happier, healthier lives. You will build relationships, design safe programs, and educate members to promote success and brand integrity.

You will conduct consultations, guide technique, monitor sessions, and perform assessments while delivering exceptional customer service on the fitness floor. CPR/AED certification and CPT are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during personal training sessions on safe and effective exercise.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and completes administrative requirements.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field

1 year of personal training experience
